Please note: Don't suddenly get out of bed to give the sample, wait for at least 3-5 minutes before your sample is collected Fasting: Not Required For females, the preferred sampling time is on day 2 or 3 of the menstrual cycle. Inform the sample collector about any current medications, especially hormonal treatments. Morning sample should be collected. Avoid biotin supplements 72 hours before. Fasting is not required unless advised by your doctor.
