Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Raktim Medical Diagnostic, we strive to provide the most accurate and timely diagnostic services. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness for our patients.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Sample Collection: Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled home collection time for a full refund.
• Technician on the way: If a cancellation is made when the technician is already en route or has reached the location, a convenience fee of ₹150 - ₹200 (depending on location) may be deducted.
• After Sample Collection: Once the sample has been collected, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Refunds will not be issued once the final test report has been generated.
• No refunds for "No-shows" where the patient is not available at the time of the scheduled visit without prior notice.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
